Garlic Lime Crema
Sour cream blended with zesty lime and garlic
Servings: 10 Tablespoons
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sour cream (or mayonnaise if prefered)
- 1 Lime, zest first then juice (about 1 teaspoon zest and 2 1/2 tablespoons juice)
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed to a paste
Instructions
- Combine the sour cream (or mayonnaise), lime zest, lime juice, olive oil and garlic in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Great on burgers, sandwiches and as a dip.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Old Havana Foods Sofrito Authentic Cuban Cooking Sauce
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Boiling hot water
- 1 cup Raisins (golden raisins for a lighter sauce, regular dark raisins for a deeper flavor)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
