Garlic Lime Cream
Sour cream blended with zesty lime and garlic is a great accent to burgers, tacos and sandwiches. Is a tasty dip too!
Servings: 10 Tablespoons
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sour cream (or mayonnaise if prefered)
- 1 Lime, zest first then juice (about 1 teaspoon zest and 2 1/2 tablespoons juice)
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed to a paste
Instructions
- Combine the sour cream (or mayonnaise), lime zest, lime juice, olive oil and garlic in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Great on burgers, sandwiches and as a dip.
Raisin Sofrito Ketchup
Raisins and Old Havana Foods Sofrito combine with ketchup for a Cuban spin on an American classic. Great on burgers!
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- ½ cup Boiling hot water
- 1 cup Raisins (golden raisins for a lighter sauce, regular dark raisins for a deeper flavor)
- ½ cup Old Havana Foods Sofrito Authentic Cuban Recipe
- ½ cup Ketchup
Instructions
- Add boiling water and raisins to blender jar, let sit 10 minutes to soften raisins.
- Add Old Havana Foods Sofrito and ketchup and blend until smooth.
