A lightly smoked, dry pork sausage in the style of Spain’s finest air-dried chorizo. Flavored with garlic and spices this chorizo is perfect to add to soups, stews and rice dishes such as paella. Much lower in fat and firmer than Mexican style chorizo, the paprika, garlic and smoke impart a truly authentic Spanish flavor profile.
Slice into thin rounds and to your next charcuterie board. Chop into smaller pieces and add to melted cheese or sprinkle on nachos. Add slices or chunks to rice dishes, soups and pastas during the last ten minutes of cooking to add a rich and hearty Iberian flavor to any dish.
